Cancellation Policy: Lil’ Sugarbird Villa Water Island understands that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent.
Client Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after full or partial payment may be eligible for limited credits or rebooking options at our discretion, depending on timing, vendor commitments, and seasonal demand.
No-Show or Late Arrival: Failure to arrive or late arrival does not qualify for refunds or credits.
Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate new dates, but availability is not guaranteed and rate differences may apply.
Vendor Services: Third-party vendor fees, such as photography, florals, officiants, or transportation, may be non-refundable based on each vendor’s policies.
Weather & Travel Delays: Weather, flight delays, ferry closures, or other travel-related issues do not qualify for refunds, though we will assist with rescheduling when possible.
Venue-Initiated Changes: In rare cases where we must cancel due to safety, property issues, or emergencies, guests may receive a refund or rescheduling option.
